My motivation to run for the Klimaliste Berlin:

For over 40 years I have been interested in ecology and the world climate. For more than 40 years almost nothing happens. Air, soil and water are still being damaged and poisoned at a high rate. During this time, I also observe an occupation of ⅔ of the urban space by only ⅓ of the people with a car - this is disproportionate and not socially acceptable. In addition, a large part of the people can hardly afford the rent.

This is what I want for Berlin:

We need radical changes in CO₂ emissions. This starts on our doorstep in the district: significantly less traffic and heating energy with fossil fuels, towards renewable energies on house roofs and balconies. More trees for better air. Long-term planning for the water and protein supply of a city that will probably continue to grow by the million.

This is what you should know about me:

On both a small and a large scale, we are all part of society. All may and should complain and participate in the discussion about the common ways. But afterwards, everyone must participate and also abide by rules that they themselves do not endorse. I stand for an executive power that disqualifies spoilsports - for example, by imposing fines. After all, those who do not abide by our community rules cause unnecessary costs. Those who collect commissions for mask brokering or park incorrectly must be "lectured" for this at their own expense.
